Surprisingly, it was not exactly a break from films as he was earlier seen in Kill Dil, Ungli before Tevar. He last acted in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi in 2004 and made his appearance in smaller films apparently. So film insiders questions how can it be a comeback and they say Bachchan intention might be to highlight Mr. Khan acting in his upcoming film ‘Welcome Back’ and purposely messaged ‘Welcome’. Over four decades of his career bridge Kader quoted various characters on screen from negative to character and comedy roles. He worked for about 350 films like Beta Dus Numbri, Raja Babu, Baap Numbri, Judwaa and Aankhen. Kader Khan in his late 70s became victim of death pranks many times.

On Sunday Amitabh Bachchan tweeted as, “Kader Khan… great colleague, writer, contributor to many of my successful films… returns to film after a long hiatus! Welcome”.

He will be seen in Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back and Nikhil Advani’s Hero. Amitabh Bachchan and Kader Khan are good friends from long time. When Khan entered into politics, Amitabh advised him to stay out of it.

Later Khan stated, “He was sweet enough to advice me that politics is not a good game and that it was not meant for me and vice versa. He also said that I will not be able to withstand that place. And despite that, if I stepped into politics, he will personally tell people not to vote for me. Amitabh has always been a well wisher of mine, yaar! He never wanted me to get into politics”.
