After a series of leaks, Asus has finally released a affordable smartphone Zenfone Go for Rs.7999 in India via company’s exclusive store Flipkart. Asus new series phone was accidentally listed on the Taiwanese company last month and as well as on Flipkart. It is available in black, white, and red color variants.
Asus Zenfone Go features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) with high definition (720p) resolution, it is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and offers an 8GB internal storage which can be further expandable upto 64GB via a microSD card. The mobile is packed with 100GB of free Google Drive storage for a period of two years. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system enclosed under the Zen UI. A 2070 mAh battery completes the package.
On its photography front, it sports a 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 2 Megapixel secondary camera. The handset measures a 71×144.5×9.98 mm and weighs 135 grams.
Dual SIM smartphone contains connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, WiFi (b/g/n), but only offers 3G.

Asus Zenfone Go will face a rigid competition Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Lenovo A6000 Plus, and the Yu Yuphoria with this price range.
