InFocus Launches M260 With 5MP Camera 4.5 Inch Display

InFocus on Tuesday launched another affordable smartphone to its flagship dubbed as M260 with a price tag of Rs.3,999 which is available exclusively on e retailer Snapdeal.

InFocus worked hard to give M260 a trendy look by adding dual color plastic with dull finishing. There is no screen protection and you have to use a tempered glass to protect the display from damage but with a good touch response. It sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854) display with a resolution of  854×480 pixels which is going to be quite dull. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6582M quad-core SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be extended upto 32GB via a microSD card.

The handset is equipped with  5-megapixel rear-camera and 2MP front facing shooter which can take only average quality pictures when having enough light. The smartphone comes with a very poor viewing angles which will be very hard to use it in the daylight. The device draws its juice from  2000mAh battery. On its software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop under the hood with a  UI Life 2.0 skin on top. It supports connectivity options such as 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and FM radio.

InFocus comes in orange, yellow, and white colour options with black finish. The company says the registration for the mobiles will begin within two or three weeks.

On the whole M260 make sense if you are using smartphone for the first time with a very limited budget. You are getting a good software and a processor which performs quite well for your day to day tasks, if you need a smartphone with good camera and storage options you can go for other options in the market.
