Lenovo has launched a new camera-centric smartphone Vibe Shot camera-centric in India for Rs.25,499 via a digital launch event that was broadcasted on Youtube. Unlike any other smartphone Vibe Shot are not available in online instead user will be able to purchase through physical stores across the country.
Vibe Shot was originally revealed at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2015 in Barcelona in March, it is now available to all retail stores after six months.
Lenovo Vibe Shot features a 5-inch full HD display with Corning Glass with a resolution of 1080×1920 with Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. It is device by 1.7 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of Inbuilt storage which is further expandable upto 128GB via MicroSD card and the device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under Vibe UI
Lenovo’s is primarily designed to be a compact point-and-shoot camera equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a infrared autofocus which is twice as fast as regular autofocusing system and a triple LED flash. The device has a 8MP front facing shooter. It also have additional features like low-light back illumination and a non removable battery of 2900mAh keeps the phone charged.
Vibe Shot smartphone comes with physical shutter button and a slider to switch between auto and manual modes without going into app.
The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) includes connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. The handset is measured as 142.0×70.0x7.3mm and weighs 145 grams.
Pre-orders starts from today at 6Pm and will be available within two weeks in Carmine Red and Graphite Grey.
