Micromax Launches Canvas LapTab, First Windows 10 Powered Device

As promised earlier, Domestic mobile manufacturer Micromax today has introduced Windows 10 version of Canvas LapTab with the price labelled as Rs 14,999. Canvas LapTab is the successor of Canvas LapTab loaded with windows 8.1.

This new 2-in-1 device can either used as a Tablet with 3G connectivity or as a laptop with Solid keyboard instead of fabric.

Moving to its specifications it comes with same hardware features like its predecessor. It sports a 10.1-inch WXGA IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. This 2-in-1 convertible device is powered by Intel’s fourth-generation Atom quad-core processor clocked at 1.83GHz and clubbed with 2GB of DDR3L RAM, the device offers a 32GB internal storage which can be further expanded upto 128GB via a mircoSD card.

It boasts a 2-megapixel primary camera and 2MP front camera for video calling and for taking selfies.

Its connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and support for USB OTG (on-the-go). It comes with Dual Speakers on either side. The keyboard have a USB port for which user can connect flash drives and other USB device just like PC or laptop.

As far as battery sections are concerned, it comes with 7,700mAh battery, that company claims that it is good enough to offer more than 10 hours of battery life.

Initially the LapTab will be available on Amazon and later in all off line retailers as well.
