Chinese based mobile company OnePlus finally launched much anticipated OnePlus 2 smartphone today. The smartphone has released in eleven countries, including India and it will go on sale from August 11, 64GB OnePlus 2 price at Rs 24,900 via Amazon India. OnePlus 2 (16GB) packed with 3GB LPDDR4 RAM, which will be available later this year.
The OnePlus 2 features with 5.5-inch full-HD (1080p) resolution with Gorilla Glass. The device support dual Sim (Nano) with 4G LTE connectivity, and powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor which clocked at 1.8GHz. It comes with 4GB RAM alongside 64GB inbuilt storage, and no expandable storage.
OnePlus 2 smartphone includes 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, while on front broad 5MP camera is attached. Additionally the mobile has slow motion mode as well 4K video recording. It runs on Oxygen OS with Android 5.1 lollipop, and packed with 3300mAh battery. OnePlus 2 has a fingerprint scanner / sensor that can store up to five different prints and unlock the mobile in 0.5 seconds.
The OnePlus 2 build with aluminium-magnesium alloy frame, and allows the user to customisable the screen gestures, dark mode and Slider button. It is equipped with a Type C-USB port which supports various USB standards.
Vikas Agarwal OnePlus India General Manager told, ” We are expecting to sell one million units of OnePlus One and Two in five months. India is biggest and important market for us, outside china we are already third largest mobile seller, after the US and Europe.”
