Chinese Smartphone maker Oppo has unveiled a new smartphone in in India dubbed as Neo 7 priced at Rs.9,999. Oppo Neo 7 is a successor of Neo 5 and comes with a mid range specifications for the underlined price.
This smartphone sports a 5-inch TFT LCD display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHZ processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage space which can be expandable upto 128GB via a microSD card. On its software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 2.1 skin on top.
The mobile also comes with mid range photography specifications of 8MP rear camera with a tiny 1/4” sensor behind an f/2.0 lens and a 5MP front facing shooter coupled with f/2.4 glass. The company says that the display can be used as a flash while taking selfies with front camera.
The dual SIM smartphone supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, 3G, and GPS and measured with a dimensions of 142.7 x 71.7 x 7.6mm and weighs 141g. A 2420 mAh non-removable battery completes the pack. It has a reflective black panels either on Black or White with a silver or golden frame.
Oppo Neo 7 will be launched with in two days in countries such as South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East and North Africa, it will be released some time later in Mexico.
