RCH Portal at rch.nhm.gov.in – Reproductive Child Birth Data Entry

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India developed the RCH also called Reproductive and Child Health Care portal to facilitate early recognition and monitoring of individual beneficiaries during the reproductive lifecycle of women, as well as to encourage, control, and support the delivery and reporting of reproductive, maternal, new-born, and child health schemes and programs.

RCH Portal Login

Reduced infant mortality rates (IMR), maternal mortality rates (MMR), and quality care for pregnant women and children are among the top priorities of the National Health Mission, which is also called NHM. For evidence-based decision-making, it is also important to collect data in an integrated reporting framework.

The Reproductive & Child Health (RCH) application, which is “an augmented version of MCTS,” was created to allow for early detection and monitoring of individual beneficiaries during their reproductive periods.

The application enables the prompt provision of all antenatal, postnatal, and delivery services, as well as the monitoring of children for complete immunization services. With Family Planning resources, Quality & Detailed ANCs, and updates to ANMs, Beneficiaries, and Health Managers, the RCH portal meets the criteria of the RMNCH program.
