WD Launches My Cloud OS 3 SDK With My Cloud Mirror Gadget

Storage Solutions Provider WD today has launched  My Cloud OS 3 operating system with outstanding enhancements and a My Cloud Mirror Gen 2 personal cloud storage device with speeder processing capability than its predecessors.

WD’s My Cloud OS 3 provides with a Intuitive user interface that delivers a rich content-sharing experience and backup and sync capabilities while retaining the privacy and control of personal cloud devices either in home or at office.

A new web browser mycloud.com provides global access to its users through an intuitive browser based web interface and enables file collaboration, Comprehensive Access Management, viewing points and videos on Gallery mode. It Sync data across multiple devices and it has a camera roll backup feature of images from smartphone and tablets. It also offers a transfer of files quickly and easily between My cloud devices.

My cloud operating system will be available from the end of this month. The My Cloud Mirror Gen 2 will come 4TB Model 6TB variant, 8TB variant and 12TB variant for Rs 23,500,Rs 30,000,Rs 37,500,Rs 55,000 respectively.

Besides My Cloud OS, WD launched second generation My Cloud Mirror personal cloud storage device and also introduced My Cloud Device SDK and My Cloud API.
