PDS i.e. Public Distribution System is the system through which the government distributes necessary food and nonfood requirements to the needy public with the use of ration cards and issues E-Challan to the dealers for the same. It usually consists of the details of the commodities to keep a track record.
PDS Challan
The major commodities distributed by the users are wheat, kerosene, and sugar. In India, the Food Corporation of India handles the Public Distribution System.

How to download Bihar PDS E-Challan
Since the challan is available online; the dealers can directly download and print it as per their requirements. The PDS E-Challan can be downloaded by the following steps:-
- Visit the official Bihar SFC website
To download the PDS Challan, you first required to go to the official website of Bihar SFC.
- Download E-Challan Option
Go to “Services” and you will see a drop-down menu, click on “Download E-challan”.
- Enter the URQ
On this page, you have to enter the Unique Reference number if you have it.
- Enter the required credentials
Now, if the user does not have a Unique Reference Number, they can enter the following required credentials to download their Bihar E-PDS Challan:-
- District
- Block
- Panchayat
- Month
- Year
- Scheme
- Search and Download E-challan
Now, after you click on search, you will be able to download the E-challan in PDF format and print it as per your requirements.
How To Download Bihar PDS E-challan through AePDS
If however, you unable to download PDS E-challan through the above steps, try using the AePDS website to do the same.
Due to certain recent updates made by the Bihar Food and Consumer Protection Department in the official portal and E-POS machines, it is a little difficult to find the PDS E-Challan. However, you can use the following steps to download the E-challan:-
- Go to the official AePDS website
First and foremost, go to the official website for the Aadhar enabled Public Distribution System.
- Dealer Challan
Go to “Depot” on the right-hand side, and you will find a drop-down menu, select “Dealer Challan” which you will find as the newly added option.
- Enter the necessary credentials
Enter the required credentials which are:-
- Month
- District
- DEPOT
- Select the FPS
- Select the SIO
- Download the E-challan
As you finish filling in the details, you will see the E-challan right below. You have the option to download the E-challan. Just click on “Print E-challan” and it will be downloaded.
