Step By Step JNTUH OD Apply Online Procedure

Go to the official website jntuh.ac.in.
Click on the Convocation Services section on the Homepage.
The online Convocation Services page will appear on the screen. Or Open this Link.
Now click on the Know Your Convocation Year link to know your convocation year and amount.
New users have to click on the New User Registration link.
A separate page will appear on the screen Indicating to enter Hall Ticket No and captcha.
Enter your Hall Ticket Number and enter the captcha text.
Click on the Submit button.
Students Registration Form Will appear on the screen.
Fill all the fields with correct information.
Finally, click on the submit button.
After the completion of Registration, save the password for future Reference.
Then, It will ask for your passport-size photo with white background, dimensions of 100×120, and a Provisional certificate scan copy which is more than 300k in size.
After completing all these processes, return to the Online Convocation Services page.
On the screen, you can notice Sign in.
Enter your Hall Ticket and Password (You have entered them during registration).
Click on the login button.
After login, select Jntuh Post convocation OD.
JNTUH Convocation form shows Personal Profile, shipping address, and permanent address.
You have to enter the Provisional certificate number and serial number of CMM printed above the candidate’s name in CMM.
After entering the Provisional certificate number and serial number of CMM, select pass division.
Then, click on Mode of Payment online or at Challan. (for online, make payment using Master/Visa Credit/ATM card/Internet Banking).
You will now receive the Acknowledgement file in Pdf format.
