OSEPA is Odisha School Education Programme Authority. The Odisha government launched an official website for OSEPA. It is an official government authority mainly for elementary schools in Odisha.
Osepa
The purpose of Osepa Student Profile was the free distribution of uniform every year. Free uniforms provided for all the students from class 1st to 8th, except for the boys belonging to the APL category. The budget of OSEPA is Rs. 400 for uniform and Rs. 200 for a pair of shoes for every student. The aggregate budget planned by the Odisha government was 25 crore.
Bhupendra Singh Poonia, the current OSEPA Project Director asked the schools of Odisha to follow the new guidelines issued by the Odisha government regarding the distribution of school uniforms and shoes.
Also issued orders for all the district project heads, education department officers, and other level field officers to go for sudden visits without information to keep a check on the quality of the uniforms and shoes being supplied. Strict actions will be taken against the schools supplying poor quality materials to the students.
Functions of OSEPA
The following are some of the important functions performed by the Odisha School Education Programme Authority:-
- Admission
A student can get admission to a school through OSEPA
- Change schools
A student studying in a school of Odisha, can change their school with the help of OSEPA
- Free uniforms
The students are provided with free uniforms under the OSEPA scheme
- Attendance
A student can easily check their attendance from the OSEPA online portal
- Information Update or Rectification
In case of wrong or missing data of a student, they can update it through the online portal of OSEPA.
Eligibility For Osepa Student Profile Login
All the students of Odisha studying in 1st to 8th standard fall under the Osepa Student Profile scheme, except for boys who are above poverty line.
How to register OSEPA at osepa.odisha.gov.in
The following steps followed to register in the OSEPA portal:-
- Go to the official website
To register with OSEPA, you have to first visit the official portal, which appear as you search OSEPA on Google
- Extended MIS
After logging in, you reach the home page, where you can scroll down and find the extended MIS and click on it. You will be redirected to a login page. Click on “sign in”.
You will reach the sign-in page.
- Fill your details
Fill all your details in the sign in page:-
- Name
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Aadhar Card Number
- School’s Name
- Class of the student
- Address of the student
- Click on Submit
After, correctly filling all the necessary information, click on the “submit” button. After that click on the “confirm” to complete the registration of the student.
How to login Osepa at osepa.odisha.gov.in
To login to the OSEPA portal, follow the steps given below:-
- Go to the official portal
You have to go the same OSEPA portal to login as well.
- MIS Extension
Once again, scroll down in the home page; to go the MIS Extension, click on it and you will be redirected to the login page.
- Enter login credentials
To login, enter your login credentials, i.e. login name, password and CAPTCHA and you will be logged in to your OSEPA account.
OSEPA Teacher Profile
Under OSEPA Teacher Profile, the teachers can view and update their respective profiles. To do so, you are required to open the OSEPA Teacher Profile login page and follow the steps mentioned below:-
- Go to the OSEPA Teacher profile link
To login to the OSEPA Teacher profile, you must first for to the official teacher profile link.
- User Login
After opening the link, go to the user login option in the page given below.
- Enter login credentials
Next up, enter the login credentials user ID, password and CAPTCHA to login to the Teacher Profile Page.
OSEPA Teacher Public View Page
The teachers view the Teachers profile through The OSEPA Teacher Public View Page. To do so, follow the steps given below:-
- Go to the official portal
Visit the official portal
- Choose the “Teachers Public View”
Click on the “Teachers Public View” option at the bottom of the screen
- Select the details
The teachers need to select their district, block, level of school to open the Teachers Public View profile.
- Submit
Finally, click on submit and the Teachers Public View profile displayed in front of you.
