- If you choose the option, set using SMS based OTP, you need to enter your employee number and type the captcha and click submit option. Remember that it used by associates having a valid mobile number updated under Ultimatix (Ultimatix -> GESS -> My Profile -> Basic Details -> Communication Details). Feature locked for 30 mins after 3rd invalid attempt.
2) You can get a temporary Ultimatix password, for this, you have to answer a secret question. Click on receive by mail option. Now enter your employee number and date of joining in dd/mm/yy format.
How to reset your Personalized Ultimatix username
To reset your password through MyApp TCS – ultimatix, follow the given steps;
- After going to the official MyappTCS Webmail Login Portal click on forgot password option
- Now you re directed to Ultimatix site, click on receive by mail option. Now enter your employee number and date of joining in dd/mm/yy format.
How to access TCS webmail using Citrix Receiver?
To access TCS webmail using Citrix Receiver, follow the given steps;
Citrix Receiver is a free app available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Install the app on your smartphone. The software allows you to use your mobile device to access your email, desktop, and other applications.
