Integrated grievance redressal system, UP (IGRSUP) is a portal launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with the purpose of registration and possession of any type of property in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is not only confines to property registration, but also provides other services like marriage registration, the certified copy of deeds, details of stamp duty, and specific property information.
The IGRSUP launched by the Stamp and Registration Department of Uttar Pradesh. The Department functions under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 1908. The registration of documents is done on the basis of The Registration Act.
Eligibility criteria for IGRSUP
To be able to use the registration services of IGRSUP, the following is the eligibility criteria:-
- The applicant must be a permanent residence of Uttar Pradesh.
- In case the applicant wants to buy or sell a property, they must have a valid ID.
- Both partners should have their Aadhar Card to register their marriage.

- Encumbrance Certificate
You can download the Encumbrance certificate online with the use of IGRSUP portal
The IGRSUP portal also provides E-stamping facilities to the people of the state.

The citizens of the state can find out about the information on chit funds in public domain.

Steps For IGRSUP Property Registration
The steps to register your property online through IGRSUP portal are as follows:-
- Visit the official website
The applicant has to go to the official website, which done by searching for IGRSUP official portal on google.
- Apply Online
On the home page of the official website, click on the “Apply Online” option in the Property Registration dropdown menu.
- First-time User
If you are a first time user click on “New Applicant”, and you will be redirected to another page where you have to fill in the required details and click “Sign in”
- Registered User
The users who are already registered have to log in using their registered user ID and password
- Select the required option
Next, you have to select the district, tehsil, and registrar from the list
- Enter the details
Enter your contact number, password, and CAPTCHA and then, click on “Go ahead”
IGRSUP Property Registration
After this, you have to choose the document you want to register from the list
- Deed presenter’s details
After this add the name and mobile number of the deed presenter
- Property Details
After this, you have to enter the details of the property such as tehsil, area type, sub-area, property type, valuation of property, type of building, and its details. In case of a sub-clause add that too.
- Upload the documents
After this, upload the necessary documents like residence certificate, government IDs, ground paper, and photographs.
Also, attach the details of other parties concerned in the transaction and also the details of the two witnesses. After this select the deed document and click on the “Save” button.
Finally, you have to make payment for the service, select your preferable mode of payment. Get a printout for future use.
- Final verification
For final verification, go to the sub-registrar’s office on any of the working days.

Steps for Marriage Registration through IGRSUP
The steps to register your marriage online through the IGRSUP portal are following:-
- Go to the official website
To begin with your marriage registration process, you must go to the official IGRSUP website
- Apply online
Click on “apply online” under Marriage Registration to start the registration process.
- Generate the details of the groom
After clicking on “Apply online”, you will be redirected to another page, where you have to fill in the Aadhar Number of Groom and they will receive an OTP in their registered mobile number. After entering the OTP, the details of the groom as per the Aadhar database will appear on the screen.
- Generate the details of the bride
Similarly, on the next page, enter the Aadhar number of the bride and generate and enter the OTP, and the details of the bride will appear as per the Aadhar database
- Fill the details and upload the documents
Next, fill in all the details of the groom and upload the necessary documentation.
Similarly, fill in the required details of the bride, and upload the required documents.
IGRSUP Marriage Registration
- Details of the marriage
After providing all the details of the bride and the groom, the information regarding the marriage has to be supplied such as the date and place of the marriage and press the “Save” button.
- Witness details
After this, enter the details of the witness and also their photograph.
- Preview the details
The applicant can preview the details to make sure all the information entered is authentic and correct and read the message and click on the “Submit” button.
- Application number
The applicant will receive an application number and a password for use in some future date.
Finally, the applicant must make the payment, using the preferred model from the list, and then the respective authority will issue the marriage certificate.
How To Download IGRSUP Marriage Certificate
