Had no problem finding what I needed today.
Everything was really good this time
I was in the Tucson Store at 22nd St and couldn’t reach something on the top shelf and Alberto from the meat department was very kind and helped me. He is a great employee!
I’m furious. I can no longer access the Kroger fuel 50 points survey. Why??? I’ve spent the money in your store I use my Kroger plus card. I want to take advantage of the extra fuel points. You have made this process so complicated, few understand it.
Michael Litten
cannot get into my account for points
Nice Experience!
I fill out the survey after every visit to your store and the I don’t receive my 50 points every time.
I go to Kroger a lot so I feel cheated. Also had a few problems with prices ringing up wrong and asked
to be called are emailed on survey and nobody cared to do that either.
ifound everything and had help with groceries put in my car
I feel in these hard times you should consider letting the unused fuel points from one month get rolled over to the next month instead of just letting then expire.
Why do I have to change my browser in order to fill out the customer feedback form to get my 50 fuel points as usual???
Why all this trouble to fill out a kroger survey.
The new survey format requires information that is not on the receipt. making it impossible to complete survey
the form to fill out for the survey does NOT match the receipt that I have!!!!! WHAT i have to do ?
50 bonus fuel points if i have all day
Customer service at the Kroger Pharmacy is not good! I stood in line for 30 minutes to get my wife’s prescription.
Yes, I agree with all the above. You have made it very difficult to find the survey site. It would be best if you got this corrected. I think you are purposely making it complicated. You are telling me that I have stated this before. Not true. First time I have been on this site.
I want to do Kroger feedback for 50 fuel points. What’s the fastest way to get to the site? I can’t seem to navigate through your maze of options.
I agree the fuel pts should not expire so fast at least u should give customers 2 months, not just a 1-month rollover.
I agree with some of the comments on finding the survey checklist and the prices on the receipt being different, sometimes from what the shelve price indicates. This is true when the item is on sale. Also, the price at the pump is too often higher than community prices, even with the supposed discount. I enjoy and want to continue shopping at Krogers, but shopping for discounts is becoming more complex. Also, after January 1, 2024, my insurance company no longer recognizes my purchasing meds from the store’s pharmacy. Is this being resolved?
