Wait for a representative to answer the phone by calling 611. Make a justification for your Payment by saying that it is for your MetroPCS phone bill.
The customer service agent will inquire about your name, billing address, and account number. Keep your passport, driving license, or social security card handy if they ask for identification.
When you pay using multiple lines on your account, you will receive a page asking which line you want to pay from. If not, it will direct you to their IVR system and ask you to confirm the transaction before proceeding.

Decide the bill payment option
If you want to set up automatic monthly payments or pay with a debit card, paying your bill over the phone can be a terrific alternative. When you call customer assistance, a MetroPCS live agent will attend. The representative will inquire about your identification, including your Social Security number and billing address.
The agent will present you with payment alternatives for the month’s bill after you have provided all the relevant information.
These choices can vary from making one or more payment arrangements to paying in whole. It depends on the amount of cash you have on hand. If you don’t have enough cash, you can use one of any payment plans to cover the debt until you do.
